SYMPTOM(s):
A SOAP fault causes an error message to display which incorrectly states that MEMPTR is not a valid data type to use with Web Services
INPUT/OUTPUT operations are not allowed with RAW, ROWID, MEMPTR, BLOB,
CLOB, or LONGCHAR type variables
CAUSE:
The error message is incorrectly listing MEMPTR as a data type which cannot be used with Web Services
FIX:
Ignore the MEMPTR part of the error messages. The rest of the data types which are listed are correct
