How to limit the Progress usage of CPU
FIX:
Progress has not a direct control over the CPU used by its own processes. This control is indeed up to the OS itself.
When a process requests the OS to perform an operation it is up to the OS itself to accomplish it according to the priority of this process and of the other tasks running.
Therefore a limitation of the Progress usage of the CPU is achievable only by setting a lower priority for the Progress processes.
