SYMPTOM(s):
Button images appear fuzzy.
Does not want to upgrade video card.
Unable to find newer video drivers
CHANGE:
Upgraded from Version 8 to Version 9.1D of Progress.
CAUSE:
Video driver does not support the new image resolution.
FIX:
Use an image editor to reduce the resolution properties of the image. The two important properties are Bit Depth and Color Representation
