SYMPTOM(s):
using dsrutil -C monitor fails
Cannot connect to replication shared memory. Status is -1
CAUSE:
The problem is the target db that has not been stopped and restarted after that was done with the source db. Thus, the replication server was not initiated correctly.
FIX:
Stopping both dbs and then restarting target and source db solved the problem.
