SYMPTOM(s):

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.#
On some machines, the above message is readable only in the Windows event logger, and results in a kind of message window that is unreadable and transparent (copy of background, is selectable and movable) with a process called dwwin.exe that has to be killed manually (leading to a Dr Watson error that has to be killed too)
CAUSE:
There is a typo in a reference to a registry entry in an info (such as in the PROPATH) like "@{\SOFTWARE\PSC\Progress Dynamics\21A\DLC}\" instead of
"@{\SOFTWARE\PSC\Progress Dynamics\2.1A\DLC}\" (note the missing decimal point in 2.1A)
FIX:
Check the references to the registry entries and correct the typo(s).
