The above message displayed in the browser when accessing a Dynamics Web UI page such as the 'Repository Objects and Attributes' tool (http://localhost/dynamics21/dhtml/_repository.icf)
mapping to .icf is correctly configured in web server setting (IIS)
WebSpeed Broker is up and running
URL string entered is correct
Virtual directory "SCRIPTS" not present in IIS
CAUSE:
Mapping for .icf extension has also the 'Check that file exists' toggle-box checked. This is the cause of the problem since the _repository.icf file does not exist and will be translated to _repository.r by cgiip.exe.
FIX:
Uncheck the 'Check that file exists' toggle-box in the mapping to .icf extension (in IIS setting/for your Dynamics Web service/configuration button)
