Install 8.0B on HP : crt0 could not open /usr/lib/dld.sl
Progress Version 8 on HP is only supported on HPUX 10.0 and certified
on 10.10. The installation procedure has been modified to support
this. /usr/lib/dld.sl is the version 10.0 path. In HPUX version 9.04
dld.sl was in /lib, not /usr/lib.
