SYMPTOM(s):
Query of data performance has dropped decreasing
Query time has increased more then 100% to fulfill the requested information
Promon's Activity Screen shows the database performing a massive read of data
Indices were removed from the database
CAUSE:
Database was not correctly indexed causing the database to perform tablescans multiple times in order to process the data.
FIX:
Add the indices to table fields listed in the joins.
