Service Pack Installation fails without any errors
A protrace file is created but there is nothing in the file (0 length).
CAUSE:
Progress config file (progress.cfg) is corrupted or it has been tweaked.
FIX:
Restore the original config file. Please note that manually editing of the config file it is not supported.
