A browse does not inherit from the mouse pointer of its parent frame
Calling FRAME:LOAD-MOUSE-POINTER() does not affect a contained browse
CHANGE:
Migrated form version 8 to version 9
CAUSE:
Know regression, development aware.
FIX:
Work around is to explicitly call the LOAD-MOUSE-POINTER() method for the browse. Note that you can also call it at the column level.
