Problems installing a Progress Product downloaded from our Website (ESD-Electronic Software Distribution)
FIX:
ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) is on the beta stage at the moment. This project is about to eliminate the media that we ship to our customer and to allow then to download it directly from our web site.
During this early stage the customer has been instructed to contact Customer Service for any problems. In the case that they come to Tech Support with a question or issue, you can forward them to Brenda Piper (distribution) or to your customer service representative (Jane Drew - jane@progress.com).
