ProControl menu buttons display error messages instead of labels
Registry entries pointing to Progress install directory appear correct
Promsgs.dll and promsgs file are correct size and in the proper directories
Install path has 'Program Files\<install directory>' which has a space in the name and are long file names
FIX:
Delete DLC and PROMSGS environmental variables. Then recreate using progra~1\<install directory>.
