Database will not start after exceeding original BI threshold settings.
BI file size is greater than the BI file threshold size. (6566)
You must truncate the BI file or increase the BI threshold size. (6567)

CAUSE:
The database cannot start because the size of the BI file has exceeded the -bithold (BI threshold) parameter.
FIX:
Increase the size of the -bithold parameter to be greater than the size of the BI file.

Truncate the BI.
