SYMPTOM(s):
ubroker.properties file not updated after installation of Progress Service Pack
CAUSE:
The AdminServer process was never started on the machine after the installation of the service pack.
FIX:
The upgrade procedure for the ubroker.properties file is executed the first time the AdminServer process is started on the machine after installing the service pack so in order to execute the upgrade, please start the AdminServer.
These are the messages logged on the admserver.log file when the AdminServer is upgrading the file:
