SYMPTOM(s):
Fathom Job will only run once.
Job is run as an action against a detected status in the db.log file.
Job will run on the first occurrence of the detecting a status in the log file.
Job will not run on subsequent detection of same status in the log file.
Second detection of monitored status was not in the same polling sequence as the first.
Detecting status in log file sets alert in Fathom.
CAUSE:
Job will not run the action job when an alert has been detected against monitored status.
FIX:
Set the Default_Clear_Action for the alert status-id in the "Job Completion Actions and Alerts" window. This will permit the job to run on subsequent detection of monitored status.
