Errors occur sporadically
Machines were ghosted from a single machine where problem also occurred once.
Clients connect to database in single user mode.
When error occurs no errors written to screen or database log file.
No single user session end reported in database log file at the time of the problem. User session just terminated without cause.
Clients using Java 1.4.0
Event Viewer reporting problems with attempting to load MonMouse and MMStub drivers
Dr. Watson stack back traces are incomplete.
Protrace files are not always consistent. Errors reported with OCXs as well as
other non-Progress related functions associated with ntdll.dll.
CAUSE:
Newer version of NCI OPOS driver installed.
FIX:
Downgraded the NCI OPOS driver to be one which is dated for 2002.
