SYMPTOM(s):
Oracle DataServer Utilities not grayed out when product not installed
ProToOra appears to run but no schema is created in Oracle or Schema Holder
ProToOra generates empty SQL script
Receive message that there are no objects in Oracle that match search criteria when objects should be pulled back
FIX:
Install the Oracle DataServer and try the ProToOra again
