Unknown file error during proinst
If you encounter an error Unknown file error while the PROGRESS
Installation Utility proinst is running, attempt to install PROGRESS
to another file system or disk drive. The problem is usually due to a
bad spot on the disk drive.

This installation error can also be caused by the CD Drive being left
open during a non-CD installation.
