Schema holder created but missing definitions for the 4 missing tables

FIX:
1. Load the SQL statements generated by protoora mamually into the oracle database
2. Connect to both schema holder and Oracle, use Add/update table definitions, select the 4 missing table, pull definitions into schema holder
3. Disconnect Oracle database, connect to both schema holder and Original progress database, run "Adjust schema" option
