GOAL:
Why does the Application Builder add 'FRAME-A' to my custom List-1 Definition?
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.x
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 8.x
FIX:
FRAME-A appears in the LIST-1 because in the Runtime Attributes and AppBuilder
Settings block FRAME-A settings is appear in a comment that includes the numeral 1 as follows:
"* SETTINGS FOR FRAME FRAME-A
NOT-VISIBLE 1 */
To avoid having the Application builder add FRAME-A to List-1, simply remove the numeral 1 from the comment specifying the settings for FRAME-A.
The comments in the Runtime Attributes and AppBuilder Settings provide information to the Progress preprocessor regarding the objects in the application. In this case, the numeral 1 tells Progress to include the FRAME-A in the custom List-1 Definition.
