FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Installation of Service Pack fails.
The entered configuration information is incorrect
unable to re-allocate memory
Progress.cfg file contained entry for 9.1D07 service pack with the Serial Number of 000015001
Logged in as Administrator
CAUSE:
Progress installation became corrupt when the Service Pack zip file was unzipped into the %DLC% directory.
FIX:
The Progress Service Pack installation should be unzipped into a temp directory and not into the %DLC% directory.
1. Reinstall Progress.
2. Reboot.
3. Remove the %DLC% directory if it has not been removed.
4. Reinstall Progress and the Service Pack.
