Cannot start WebSpeed broker under DOMAIN name
SvcControlCmd.connectToService() failure: Unable to connect to the service process at rmi://hostname:20931/wsbroker1(after 2 retries) (8171) is present at admserv.log
jvmStart execution status: !+0099Failure attempting to execute (%DLC%\jre\bin\java) is present at admserv.log
!-0099Error starting JVM, error 1326 is present at admserv.log
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password is present at admserv.log
Valid DOMAIN user and valid password have been specified under Owner information properties of broker.
CAUSE:
The DOMAIN user does not have sufficient set of permissions in order to start the broker.
FIX:
Give all set of permissions for this user as mentioned in Progress Solution, P4709 - Error 9173 when connecting to AdminService .
