Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password
Valid DOMAIN user and valid password have been specified under Owner information properties of broker.
CAUSE:
The DOMAIN user does not have sufficient set of permissions in order to start the broker.
FIX:
Give all set of permissions for this user as mentioned in following solution
Progress Solution, P4709 Connect via Progress Explorer to AdminServer generate Invalid username and/or password specification. (9173) error..
