Can Fathom be moved from one DLC to another DLC?

FIX:
Fathom for Management has a utility to detach/attach itself from a Progress installation called unglue and reglue.
These two utilities help move a Fathom installation from one Progress installation to another without having to install Fathom for Management again so execute the unglue command to detach Fathom from the current installation and execute reglue to attach to the new Progress installation.
