A dynamic query reads many more records in Progress 9.1D than it did in Progress 9.1C
CHANGE:
parameter -rereadnolock is used on Progress client.
CAUSE:
The parameter -rereadnolock causes the client to ignore the records retrieved from the database with NO-LOCK attribute and read it from the database again.
FIX:
Remove the parameter -rereadnolock from the client application.
