Error occurs during running Oracle dataserver application
Multiple places the error occurs
Different code generates the error
4GL application connects to both Progress and Oracle database
Error not occuring when only connecting to Oracle database
The connected progress database was converted from V8 to V9 using conv89
CHANGE:
Application and databases migrated from V8.3 to V9.1D
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknow at the time of writing.
FIX:
Use 9.1D06/9.1D07 conv89 the progress database and reconnect to this database and Oracle.
