FIX:
To allow language translation of labels for UI objects like buttons, menu items, and tabs, support for Unicode UTF-8 encoding has been added. UTF-8 is enabled through the following:
· A processing instruction (encoding="UTF-8") in the XML declaration at the beginning of each default HTML page.
· Setting wscharset to UTF-8 in the WebBusinessObject (rywbo.js).
