Why is the proutil holder command showing the database as running after the command dbman -stop was issued.
Script that calls dbman to stop a database and then runs proutil dbname -C holder, sends error code 16..database in use in multi-user mode.

CAUSE:
The dbman returns and allows the next command to execute prior to a complete shutdown.
FIX:
Introduce a sleep period into the script between the dbman and proutil holder commands.
