Cannot run the online backup of the database
Cannot run the offline backup of the database
Blocking factor must be greater than bi block size (652)
Bi block size is <mb_biblksize> (672)

When database is started database blocksize is shown as 0 zero.
Database Blocksize (-blocksize): 0. (6573)
4GL dump of data and definitions works fine
Binary dump works fine
CAUSE:
The database master block has been partially corrupted and probkup uses the value from the extent header to identify the block size, since it can't be done, probkup will fail.
FIX:
Dump and load your database in order to be able to run probkup utility.
