Trying to install an additional license to an already existing installation of Progress by initiating a new installation of Progress.
Trying to add a new license of Progress version 9.1E on top of Progress version 9.1D

CAUSE:
New license is from a different minor Progress release.
FIX:
When adding a new license of a different Progress release, the new installation will override the previous installation.
If you have defined databases, AppServer, etc. in Progress Explorer - Make sure that you back up the .properties files in the %DLC%\properties directory as these will be overridden when performing the new installation. If you want to have both versions of Progress, change the installation directory of the new version to a path different than the default directory. Also, change the Working directory on the same screen.
