Error 4406 trying to connecting to a remote Progress database
This client is not licensed for remote connections. (4406)
Trying to start a remote Progress client from the server.
Client is started using -S, -N, -H parameters.
Client Network license is not installed
CAUSE:
The error is caused by the lack of a Client/Networking license.
Without this license, the Progress client is limited to shared memory connections to the database.
FIX:
Install the Client Networking license or one of the following licenses which includes Client Networking :
ProVision
4GL Development System
WebSpeed
AppServer
