Database is managed by ProControl
Batch script contains pccmd command to stop and restart the database
Script is executed once, but 2 shutdown requests are logged in the log file.

Not known, possible 9.0B bug
CAUSE:
Not cause has been found
FIX:
Schedule a NT process checking for dead/hang/zombie batch files and release them.
