SYMPTOM(s):
User-defined function 'getAsDivision' invoked dynamically but could not be found. (5639).
The error is written to the wsbroker.server.log file when the html report is ran after it has been created using the 'DETAIL' wizard in AppBuilder.
Other than the error being written to the log, the html file does run.

FIX:
Upgrade to Progress 9.1D07 or later
