Dynamics: Translate option is not available from the file menu in the container.
Container is built with the StandardToolBar.
CAUSE:
The StandardToolbar by default does not support the Translate option.
FIX:
Use the ObjcTop or FolderTop toolbars, and define a Toolbar link to the container window.
