CHANGE:
Applied Dynamics service pack 1.1A3.01
CAUSE:
The service pack 3.01 did not come with a Roundtable service pack. Subsequently the updates provided with 1.1A3.01 were not available to the Roundtable workspaces.
FIX:
Copy the Dynamics source code to the Roundtable installation.
