FIX:
No, there is no direct support in SonicXQ 1.x for Clustering and Failover. However, it is possible to start up multiple containers on different machines, with the same set of services reading messages from the same queue. In this case the containers would be sharing the load of handling messages from that queue. Using this configuration, if one container fails for some reasons, the other containers will continue to process messages from that queue.
