SYMPTOM(s):
proutil dbname -C DBRPR does not display a menu
output of the DBRPR command is
PROGRESS PATCH Version 9.1C as of July 25, 2002
proutil dbname -C DBRPR will run against copy of sports database.
CHANGE:
Converted database from Progress 8.x to 9.x using the conv89 utility.
CAUSE:
Make schema failed during the conv89 process.
FIX:
Run mkschema process against the database.
Command Syntax: mkschema dbname
