GOAL:
Can Report Builder generate a report that has a three table join where tables two and three have no direct relation and the report needs to have data from tables one & two printed followed by data from tables one & three?

FIX:
Unfortunately this type of functionality is beyond what Report Builder can provide.
Alternative method for producing such a report are:
1) Use the 4GL to generate a plain report
2) Use the 4GL to generate an HTML/XML/XSL file then invoke the default web browser on the client machine and have it display the file. This would allow embedded graphics to be used in the report.
