'ctl3dv2.dll in use' message when install WebSpeed(1.0&2.x)
When installing WebSpeed Workshop and the following message is
returned:
'ctl3dv2.dll is already loaded and in use by another application'
check for any applications that may be loaded and shut them down.
If you have Norton Anti-Virus installed on your computer and have it
set to automatically load at start-up, you will need to unload this
utility to install the WebSpeed Workshop package.
