SYMPTOM(s):
New version of a program is not taken into account.
Running program from AppBuilder or Procedure editor.
CAUSE:
The -q (quick request), Client Session startup parameter is used.
FIX:
Remove -q from the pf file or registry key that is used to start the development session.
For production, it is good for performance to use the -q parameter, however it should never be used for development
