SYMPTOM(s):
Report Builder does not print the last 2 lines of a report
The report is printed fine at other locations
The report is printed fine with a variety of printers
The last two lines of the report are not printed when using a Kyocera printer
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Add another report with variable blank lines printing on the footer
