CAUSE:
Installation routine has hardcoded check for Java version 1.3.0.
FIX:
Java version 1.3.1 has been certified since Progress 9.1D07 (with exception of Linux, where 1.3.1 has been certified for 9.1D FCS), so ignore the warning and go ahead with the installation.
