GOAL:
Is the Citrix MetaFrame product required to run Progress on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server (which has Terminal Services installed)?
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 8.3x
Progress 9.x
Citrix MetaFrame (for Windows 2000 Terminal Server)
Windows 2000 Advanced Server
FIX:
There is no need to use the Citrix MetaFrame product to run a Progress client within a Microsoft Terminal Services operating environment. As long as Progress 8.3x or 9.x is installed on Windows 2000 Advanced Server (which has Terminal Services installed) you can run a Progress client session(s) via a Windows 2000 Terminal Services Client.
