Error occurred while creating CONTROL-FRAME: ActiveBar
Error performing inpage operation.
Error Code: 0x800703e7 (5898).
CAUSE:
Client connected to a Terminal Server, we'll call that TS1.
TS1 shared a copy of Progress from another Terminal Server, we'll call that TS2.
This is likely what caused the problem since the .dll was not registered on the machine it was trying to be used.
FIX:
Prox.dll copied and registered locally.
