An error occurred while listening for network input requests on port <port>. (9362)
An error occurred while listening for network input requests on port 5162. (9362)
An exception occurred. Error message: <Error>. (9411)
An exception occurred. Error message: socket closed.. (9411)
Shutting down NameServer <NameServer> <URL> Port = <port>. (8197)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Errors 9362 and 9411 repeat many times before the NameServer shuts down.

CAUSE:
Known issue. The NameServer while listening for network input requests on port 5162, caught an exception and the socket closed. The NameServer attempts to continue listening. If the error persist without any intervening valid input, the NameServer will shut down.
FIX:
1. Upgrade to the latest version of 9.1D
2. Upgrade to JRE 1.3.1_05 or a higher
