FIX:

Additional privileges are required for a specified user to start a broker using a specific account. Add the following privileges for the account:

- Administrator.
- Log on as a service.
- Log on as batch job.
- Act as part of the operating system.
- Increase quotas.
- Create a token object.
- Replace a process level token.

These are added via the Admin Tool/Local Security Settings and the Domain Controller Security Policies Rights menu selection.
