How to enable viewing of code examples in the Librarian
In order to make use of the Librarian and view code examples you must
create an environmental variable called DLC which points to where dlc
is located on your system. For example, in windows 3.x you must exit
from windows and type SET DLC=c:\dlc (if this is where dlc is located
on your system). Be sure not to include any spaces before or after
the = sign.
