SYMPTOM(s):
slow performance when doing large query, cpu almost 100 percent.
CAUSE:
the query itself causes the slow cpu performance due to bad index usage.
FIX:
run the query on the Progress editor and save it as .p. Then compile it with the xrf-parameter: compile code safe xref output-filename
If the output shows a bad index usage change the program/indexes.
