Dynamics: Debbuger doesn't start and the session is frozen.
CAUSE:
Bug# 20020918-018
CAUSE:
This occurs because when the debugger is enabled there are multiple
modal dialogs displayed.
FIX:
Pressing ALT-TAB to switch between the windows with the Progress logo on them will get you back to the modal dialogs that are at fault. Once you dismiss these dialogs the debugger will start.
