Error 5494 in the AppServer logfile
Unable to find persistent procedure handle for proxy d<proxy_id>. (5494)
CAUSE:
BUG# 20020718-003
CAUSE:
This is a known issue - persistent procedures were being deleted by the appserver, and this information was not being correctly handled by the open client.
FIX:
Install 9.1D Service Pack 02 or upgrade to later Progress release.
